WE Travel New Zealand

I, being the person applying for the WE Travel New Zealand Package, hereby confirm that I have read and understood the relevant WE Travel New Zealand pages on our website www.wetravelnz.com.  I agree that my application and participation in my WE Travel New Zealand package shall be governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

Package Terms and Conditions Excluding Accommodation

The customer agrees that use of the service is entirely at customer’s own risk. The customer acknowledges that he/she has exercised his/her own skill and knowledge in determining whether the service provided under this specific agreement meets his/her specific requirements and he/she have not relied on any statements or representations made by WE Travel New Zealand or its employees, agents, affiliates, content providers, or related companies.

If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, WE Travel New Zealand will happily reimburse you, less a $50 administration fee, as long as notice of cancellation is received prior to 7 days of arrival into New Zealand.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline (7 days or less prior to arrival) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

No show will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No show defines a customer that did not contact us prior to his arrival and did not arrive in New Zealand at the date specified when purchasing. If your arrival date changes, flick us an email and we'll update your file. Your package has no expiry.

Cancellations will only be accepted via email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card that was used for payment.

Refunds will not be available for customers who choose not to use their package.

All refund requests must be made by the customer or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the customer and transaction number.

The price is inclusive of any applicable GST, which you shall automatically be liable to pay to us. Any changes in the rate of GST will result in an automatic change in our quoted prices.

We reserve the right to alter the specification of products as necessary and offer an equivalent or better product in the event of stock anomalies.

As soon as payment is processed, your account will be active and you will have full access to your program. All contact is made via email within 24 – 36 hours. In which time you will receive any relevant vouchers, confirmations and login details.

Additional Terms and Conditions where accommodation is included in packages

In the event of a cancellation your trip with a package including accommodation, there will be an additional fee of $100 so long as the customer informs WE Travel New Zealand 7 days prior to arrival in New Zealand. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival into New Zealand they will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Date changes on packages with accommodation included may incur an administration fee.

Terms and Conditions for tours and attractions

WE Travel New Zealand advise customers to read each individual product’s own terms and conditions before booking.

In the event that a tour or attraction that wish book is unavailable you will receive a of refund of 100% or an alternative option can be booked for the same or lesser value.

All bookings made on our website are not confirmed until the customer receives a confirmation number via email. If a confirmation number has not been received 72 hours after booking was made, please contact us on info@wetravelnz.com

If booking a tour or attraction 48 hours of start date you must call reservations to confirm this booking.

Although tours and attractions are being booked on wetravelnz.com, terms and conditions of each item are those advised by the tour/attraction provider. Liability rests on the provider of each attaction and tour for the customer. WE Travel New Zealand cannot be made liable for anything that takes place whilst with another provider.

If customer no shows their tour or attraction the item is non-refundable. If the customer wishes to cancel or date change their booking, fees may apply.

Purchase declaration

I agree to act ethically and responsibly at all times while I am a customer of WE Travel New Zealand and participating in events and package inclusions. I declare that the statements on my application are true and that any false declaration on my part may result in forfeiture of my package with no entitlement to any refund of my fee or any consequent expenditure. I also agree and accept that during the course of my application I will be providing WE Travel New Zealand with personal information which is required for the application process and may also be shared with third party organisations for booking or marketing purposes.
